From August 24 to August 28, 2020, the fifth Colombian Business Congress (CEC in spanish) and the 76th National Assembly are held, which is carried out every year by the National Association of Businessmen of Colombia (ANDI in Spanish). The motto of this congress is: “We have a health emergency, but we are also in a state of business emergency”.
The congress is based on the new perspectives of business in the middle of the economic situation, so it was named “Opportunities for an Optimistic Future in Colombia”. The topics discussed revolve around five thematic axes such as the economic and geopolitical situation; employment and health; digital transformation, innovation and education; environmental sustainability and social investment; and lastly the new regional context, taking into account the world with respect to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is the most important national business event in Colombia and yesterday, August 27, 2020, Heincke SAS was recognized as one of the most inspiring companies of Colombia. The Inspirational Companies are building a much more equitable, inclusive, and reconciled country. Eighty initiatives applied, from which 18 companies were chosen and Heincke SAS was recognized as one of the 4 great promises of Colombia.
