For the French toast:

-8 slices of bread

-3 eggs

-1 cup heavy cream

-1 tablespoon of raw sugar cane

-2 teaspoons of cinnamon

-3 tablespoons of butter


-your favorite fruit

For the syrup:

-3 tablespoons of raw sugar cane

-100 ml of water


For the syrup:

Heat both ingredients in medium heat until you have a honey like consistency.

For the French toast:

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients but the butter.

Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat

Dip each slice of bread in the mixture and put in the pan until golden in both sides.

Eat with the syrup you just made and garnish it with fruit.
