We all know life can be way too busy and that your dreams may seem a little bit too distant, because we have a lot of responsibilities. So, how do you move forward? With this short morning routine, your life will quickly change, of course, changing something it your life may seem a challenge, but this list is quite simple: 

  1. Wake up;
  2. Get in the zone;
  3. Get moving;
  4. Put the right food in your body;
  5. Get ready;
  6. Get inspired; and
  7. Do something to move yourself forward.

Let’s start: 

  1. Get a healthy seven-plus hours of sleep

Sleep is just as important as eating or drinking water. When we get a healthy amount of sleep our memory increases, our attention improves, our stress decreases and of course we get to live longer. 

  • Prayer and meditation to facilitate abundance 

We have to guide ourselves into something positive and focus towards our expands. 

  • Hard physical activity 

Exercise decreases anxiety, stress, and the chance of depression. It is also related to higher success in your career, and of course, we get in shape and healthier. 

  • Consume 30g of protein

The University of Illinois recommends 30 grams of protein 30 minutes after waking up. Remember that panela is always a great source of energy!

  • Take a cold shower

Cold-water immersion radically facilitates physical and mental wellness. It strengthens your immune, lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive systems. 

  • Listen to or read uplifting content

Ordinary people seek entertainment. Extraordinary people seek education and learning.

  • Review your life vision

Taking a few moments to read your life vision puts your day into perspective.

  • Do at least one thing toward long-term goals

Your goals should be written down-short term and long term. Remember that willpower is like a muscle because it depletes when it is exercised.
