Ingredients

 

  • ¾ of a cup of panela (unrefined sugar cane)
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 egg

 

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well
  2. Let the dough breath for 15 minutes
  3. Form small balls and lightly press the tops of the cookies with a fork, making a crosshatch pattern.
  4. Put in the oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes

Enjoy them hot or cold.
