With this short morning routine, your life will quickly change, of course, changing something it your life may seem a challenge, but this list is quite simple:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Wake up;<\/li><li>Get in the zone;<\/li><li>Get moving;<\/li><li>Put the right food in your body;<\/li><li>Get ready;<\/li><li>Get inspired; and<\/li><li>Do something to move yourself forward.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s start:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Get a healthy seven-plus hours of sleep<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Sleep is just as important as eating or drinking water. When we get a healthy amount of sleep our memory increases, our attention improves, our stress decreases and of course we get to live longer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Prayer and meditation to facilitate abundance&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We have to guide ourselves into something positive and focus towards our expands.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Hard physical activity&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercise decreases anxiety, stress, and the chance of depression. It is also related to higher success in your career, and of course, we get in shape and healthier.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Consume 30g of protein<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The University of Illinois recommends 30 grams of protein 30 minutes after waking up. Remember that panela is always a great source of energy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Take a cold shower<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cold-water immersion radically facilitates physical and mental wellness. It strengthens your immune, lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive systems.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Listen to or read uplifting content<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ordinary people seek entertainment. Extraordinary people seek education and learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Review your life vision<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Taking a few moments to read your life vision puts your day into perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Do at least one thing toward long-term goals<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your goals should be written down-short term and long term.
