Creating biodegradable packaging is a sustainable mechanism that Colombia has been recently implementing.<\/p>\n<p>The scraps or \u201cbagazo\u201d usage is a way of recycling, it is the shell left of sugar cane after the juice extraction. Another way this material is used is to keep the factories ovens hot. In some cases, the bagazo is just burned generating an added environment impact.<\/p>\n<p>The way this by-product is made is by drying it and leaving small enough particles.
